Bindu Liang is an associate with Waller Lansden and practices in the areas of corporate restructuring, commercial litigation and commercial lending. Focusing on bankruptcy and corporate reorganization matters, Ms. Liang provides counsel to indenture trustees, secured creditors and lenders and creditor committees. Ms. Liang also assists in the representation of borrowers and lenders in bond and debt financings, including financings for healthcare-related companies.
Her experience includes assisting in the representation of an indenture trustee involved in a multi-billion dollar municipal bond default in restructuring, forbearance and receivership negotiations. She also has represented a regional bank in commercial litigation prosecuting bank fraud. Additionally, Ms. Liang provides counsel to an original equipment automobile manufacturer in its relationships with distressed suppliers.
