Dave's work involves counseling clients on the business and tax issues involved in complex transactions. He also counsels clients on benefit and pension issues.
While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Dave completed an internship in Seoul, Korea with Yulchon, a large business law firm. He also spent a semester at the Normal University of Inner Mongolia while a student at Brigham Young University. Dave is fluent in Mongolian and conversant in Mandarin Chinese.
