Stuart has a broad corporate practice focused on corporate, private equity and leveraged acquisition transactions, and leveraged finance transactions and secured credit facilities, including cash-flow and asset-based financings. Stuart has significant experience in acquisition financings, first and second lien facilities, mezzanine financings and project financings. He represents a variety of clients, including corporate and business entities, private equity funds, senior lenders and mezzanine lenders. Stuart's corporate practice involves counseling on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including start-up ventures and shareholder disputes. Stuart formerly served as the Nashville office's Executive Member and is currently serving on the firm's Management Committee.
