Majomi, at the Lagos High Court and the Court of Appeal; Successfully defending family property from receivership in Majomi v N.D.I.C. at the Federal High Court, Lagos; Contentious company litigation over the ownership of a quarry and construction equipment worth over US$30 million in Alintah v Trade Afrique at the Federal High Court, Lagos, Litigating trademark application over the right to bottled mineral water in Voltic v Volvic at the Court of appeal; Successfully challenging the misjoinder of a client in contentious probate litigation in Akpata v Alintah. Most of these cases involved an international element.
