AFSCHRIFT engages in all matters of national and international business law and more specifically (but without limitation) tax law, incorporate law, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and litigation and financial instruments. Our clients include industrial and commercial companies, banks, estate companies, public bodies.
All transactions and cases are handled with the most up-to-date approach, since most of our partners teach at the University. Every quarter we issue a newsletter regarding tax and financial matters.
