| Biography | A.S. Peter Kingsmill serves as counsel in our Corporate Finance Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Toronto. His advising on corporate strategic initiatives. Mr. Kingsmill has retired as a director of Canadian Pacific Limited, Suncor Inc., and several other corporations. He is a member of the Toronto Club and the Granite Club. Mr. Kingsmill received his B.Comm from the University of Western Ontario in 1950 and his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1954. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1954. (Retired)
