Registered with Turkish Bar Association under registration number 23 and with Istanbul Bar Association under registration number 6, ASC Law Office ("ASC") was founded in 2001 by Dr. Atty. Murat Aksu, Atty. Mahmut Savas, and Atty. Zeki Çaliskan who previously served in executive positions of reputed companies of the private sector and decided to bring together the experience they gained in different fields. In 2005, Atty. Okan Beygo joined ASC as a partner lawyer.

ASC presently renders legal services to its clients at international quality standards through twenty-five lawyers, four of whom are partners, five trainee lawyers and one advisor at its office in Central Istanbul, located at Harman Sokak, Harmanci Giz Plaza Kat. 16, Levent ASC has also a competent assistance network which helps it cooperate Turkey-wide, including Ankara and Izmir in particular.

Murat Aksu shapes the entrepreneurial profile of ASC with a focus on improving the business, and brings several renowned companies in Turkey together with foreign investors. In addition to legal counseling services, Mr. Asku chairs the foreign clients and project development department of ASC. Mr. Asku provides guidance to ASC in the fields of Business Law, Sports Law and Investment Law. Zeki Çaliskan renders counseling services on negotiation and restructuring of corporate debts, and private legal entities. Mr. Çaliskan is responsible for managing and managing ASC, ensuring coordination with clients, and supervising the projects carried out by ASC.

Mahmut Savas is responsible for pursuing and concluding the jobs undertaken by before any judicial and administrative authority, coordinating and auditing the lawyers working at ASC, and executing the relationship with other offices and consultants with which ASC cooperates business. Mr Savas has substantial experience in dealing with legal disputes that occur particularly in the construction business. Mr Savas has taken active part in the drafting of all sorts of text like contracts, specifications, minutes, protocols, etc. related to the construction sector, and the settlement of disputes through amicable or judicial means.

Okan Beygo complements the dynamic of ASC with the experience he has gained in several areas of finance law especially when working at domestic and foreign companies. Mr. Beygo has rendered legal counseling services to many major financial institutions, and has valuable practical experience in banking law, capital markets law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and private equity issues. Mr. Beygo leads the young and dynamic staff of ASC in the resolution of problems and disputes which clients of ASC face in relation to finance law.

ASC's experience covers the legal aspects of land use in the construction business, title issues in housing finance, equipment and services procurement relating to construction work, as well as the drafting and review of International Federation of Consulting Engineers Contracts, long-term lease structures and project financing.
