Aaron Buchman is an associate in Cadwalader's Corporate Litigation Group. His litigation experience includes securities, antitrust, corporate governance, and complex commercial litigation. Aaron is a member of Cadwalader's Health Care Fraud Strike Force.
Aaron is active in pro bono work, particularly in the areas of immigration, housing, and family law. Aaron also coaches the Mock Trial and Moot Court teams of James Madison High School in Brooklyn. Aaron has been recognized for his pro bono efforts by the New York State Bar Association as Empire State Counsel, and by the Cadwalader Center for Community Service each year since 2013.
Aaron graduated from Princeton University and received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he served as Senior Notes Editor of the NYU Environmental Law Journal. Aaron is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
