| Biography | Elected as Utah Legal Elite in business litigation in 2009 and 2010 and named a Mountain States Super Lawyer in 2009 and 2011, Mr. Lebenta specializes in commercial and business litigation including contract disputes, real estate disputes, tort claims, and Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing claims. His past experience includes a judicial clerkship with Utah Court of Appeals Judge Pamela T. Greenwood, an externship with Judge Ronald E. Nehring of the Utah District Court, and two law clerkships (District Attorney's Offices for Douglas and Lane Counties). Currently, Mr. Lebenta is a member of Clyde Snow's Employment Law Practice Group and regularly writes articles for the Group's newsletter Business as Usual.
