Aaron's practice involves environmental regulatory compliance, transactional due diligence, litigation and enforcement-related matters. Aaron has counseled clients in the energy, utility, manufacturing, real estate, insurance and maritime industries. Aaron's corporate and transactional experience includes advising lending institutions, borrowers, buyers and sellers on environmental matters related to mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchases, and risk allocation and liability transfer/exist strategy transactions.
Aaron's litigation and dispute resolution practice includes advising clients involved in state and federal litigation and administrative appeals and enforcement actions involving a wide range of environmental and non-environmental-related matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Aaron was an Associate in the Environmental, Health & Safety and Litigation practice groups at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Prior to joining Dewey & LeBoeuf, Aaron served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
