Aaron is a member of the firm's Corporate Finance & Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. Aaron's practice focuses on all aspects of corporate law with an emphasis on acquisitions, divestitures, securities reporting and corporate governance.
Aaron is currently a member of the Business Law and Securities Law subsections of the Canadian Bar Association B.C. Branch.
