Aaron Fleischman is the founder and former chairman of predecessor firm, Fleischman and Harding, which joined with EAPD in 2011. During the past 35 years, he has played a key role on behalf of clients principally in the cable television, broadcasting, telecommunications, and energy sectors.
Notable Experience
From the very start of Aaron's predecessor firm 35 years ago, his clients have included some of the most prominent companies and entrepreneurs in the foregoing industries, and indeed some of the very first clients of the firm continue as clients today.
During years marked by explosive growth and change in these industries and individual businesses, Aaron has played leadership roles in a broad range of matters essential, and often transformative, to clients including mergers, acquisitions and other corporate matters, governmental proceedings and strategic planning.

For over 25 years, Aaron has been keenly interested in American and European art from the start of modernism through to today. He has served on boards of trustees and important committees of several major American museums. He is a Life Trustee of the Art Institute of Chicago.
