» TCF National Bank v. Segal Wholesale, Inc., et al. - Represented lender in action against guarantors of a commercial loan-won verdict at trial for all damages sought and awarded attorney fees and costs
» Turner v. Ceridian Corporation - Defended and won summary judgment in breach of contract action brought by former CEO
» Paulownia Plantations de Panama Corporation v. Rajamannan, et al. - represented defendant company and principal individuals defending breach of contract, fraud, and other claims relating to failed operation growing paulownia trees in Panama. Won dismissal for forum non conveniens in district court, which was then reversed by Minnesota Court of Appeals. Successfully petitioned for further review and prevailed before Minnesota Supreme Court.
» Clarey v. Krishnaswamy - Obtained dismissal of action alleging defamation and related claims stemming from online blog content-case recognized in Minnesota Law & Politics 2007 "Lawsuits of the Year" issue
