Aaron & Wilson, LLP is a San Francisco-based law firm, providing insurance companies, business owners, property owners, and others in the Bay Area with efficient and cost-effective representation in civil litigation.

At Aaron & Wilson LLP, we do not take a one-size-fits-all approach to litigation. Different clients have different needs. Different cases have different demands. We take the time to understand our client's interests and goals and the demands of the case, and craft a strategy that is consistent with client goals. We believe that an on-going dialogue and an exploration of shared expectations is the best way to meet our clients' needs most fully and with no surprises.

Our firm is selective about the cases we take on and the clients we represent. We provide our potential clients with an initial consultation, at which time we can see if our firm is a good fit for the client and the type of matter involved. We have found that client satisfaction revolves around achieving excellent results within the client's budget and expectations, and we strive to meet those goals in every case.

In planning legal representation, it is important for the client to understand the costs involved so that an appropriate strategy can be developed that best meets the client's overall needs. We can develop a budget for a cost-effective solution and offer a variety of alternative billing options.

Flat Rate - We can negotiate a flat rate for a particular project, including both transactions and litigation. For instance, we can negotiate a fixed fee to negotiate and draft an executive compensation package, or to prepare a motion for summary judgment in a personal injury matter where there is no genuine issue of material fact and the law is clearly in the client's favor.

Contingency Fee - Where the client is seeking money damages, we can take the case on a contingent basis, meaning that we will not charge or collect a fee unless and until we obtain a recovery for the client. Our fee will be a negotiated percentage of the amount we collect.

Hourly/Retainer - We can also bill for projects on an hourly basis in both transactional and litigated matters, utilizing a retainer to guarantee our commitment to your representation.

All of the Above - Finally, we can create a hybrid arrangement of any of the above choices or explore other options. Discovering creative and innovative solutions to our client's needs is part of what drives the practice at Aaron & Wilson. This problem-solving approach begins with developing a strategy that meets the client's budget and continues throughout our representation until we successfully resolve the matter before us.
