Abby Weiner is a senior corporate and real estate associate in the firm's Corporate Law Practice Group and Real Property Practice Group. She has extensive experience in the representation of publicly and privately held companies and in all areas of corporate and real estate law. She has represented and counseled clients on matters including formation and organization of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, corporate governance, private placements, financings, and general commercial agreements. In addition, Ms. Weiner has represented and counseled numerous clients in connection with real estate matters, including purchase, sale and financing transactions.
Ms. Weiner received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Tufts University and her law degree from The George Washington University, National Law Center. While attending law school, Ms. Weiner served as Notes Editor for The George Washington Law Review. Ms. Weiner is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is resident in the New Jersey office.
