ABOGADOS & CONSULTORES OMC started its activities on October 2005, when Oscar Mago C. founded the firm with the aim of providing personalized, serious, efficient and honest legal advice to its clients and associates in all aspects concerning their Intellectual Property matters in Peru and all Latin American countries. In 2006, a number of experienced and specialized lawyers from different disciplines joined the firm as associates and consultants, and from then the firm has become a General Practice Law Firm in Peru. Excellent results during 2008 in counterfeiting actions against piracy. More than 500, 000 counterfeited products seized, including pharmaceutical products, clothes, cigarettes, CD players and DVDs.
