How are we different?

Action Advocacy provides alternatives to bankruptcy in debt settlement, management and consolidation. The fact is that most people don't want to file for bankruptcy and would rather deal with their debt issues by other means.

We understand that there are situations where bankruptcy is not a viable option in settling your debt and that is why when we meet with clients we present the full picture of their debt settlement options rather than holding to the idea that only filing for bankruptcy will help. In some cases it doesn't.

We are confident that we are the only practice in Connecticut that offers this unique approach to helping our clients manage their debts by providing as much bankruptcy information as possible. While most firms will preach to you that one option is the best, we present all the options available and explain the pro's and con's so you can make an educated decision that will work for you and your financial future.

What is our mission?

If you're in debt, you require an objective and professional evaluation of all of their options. Action Advocacy strives to help clients 'turn the negative into a positive', by improving credit scores within 12-24 months after filing a bankruptcy.
