| Biography | Adam Kutinsky is a principal of the firm and a member of its insurance and commercial litigation practice groups. He focuses on complex commercial disputes, litigation, insurance coverage, real estate, title litigation and creditor's rights issues. Mr. Kutinsky represents several well known and respected companies of various sizes, including several publicly held companies, as a trial attorney and legal counselor. Mr. Kutinsky is also a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU®), which is a professional designation in property-casualty insurance and risk management. It is the premier designation in the insurance industry. He is a frequent lecturer and author on the subjects of insurance, risk management, title litigation and creditor's rights. Mr. Kutinsky received his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University's James Madison College. Mr. Kutinsky is licensed to practice law in Michigan, as well as in the U.S. District Court of Eastern Michigan.
