Adam Keating's practice is focused on the representation of employers in labor and employment disputes. He represents and advises employers on matters involving theADA, ADEA, Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA and related state statutes. He also has experience researching and drafting memoranda for issues dealing with the NLRA and the RLA.
While in law school, Adam received the Dean's Award for Outstanding Achievement in Employment Law and Employment Discrimination Lab and the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law. He also completed two legal internships, one for the Department of Labor and one for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
