Adam M. Barza is an associate in our Litigation Group in Montréal. His practice extends to civil and commercial litigations, with a particular focus on real estate disputes and medical malpractice. He pleads regularly before the Québec and federal Courts, as well as before a variety of administrative tribunals.
Mr. Barza sits on the Young Alumni Advisory Board for the McGill University Faculty of Law and is involved with Pro Bono Students Canada. He is also a principal organizer of the Holocaust Education Series held annually in Montreal under the auspices of the Montreal Holocaust Memorial Centre.
He graduated with great distinction from the transsystemic Civil Law/Common Law Programme (BCL/LLB) at McGill University, where he earned the J.W. McConnell Entrance Scholarship, the James McGill Award, the Yoine Goldstein Book Prize for Bankruptcy Law and the Stanley Kandestin Award for Academic and Extra-Curricular Achievement at the Faculty of Law.
Mr. Barza was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2005. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Young Bar Association of Montréal and the Lord Reading Law Society.
