Professional Experience Adam Kasowitz practices in the area of public and corporate finance. Adam advises issuers, underwriters, trustees, borrowers, and other parties involved in all aspects of public finance. In addition, Adam has a broad corporate finance practice including, among other things, private placements, asset-based financings, and bank loans. Prior to joining the firm, Adam was a legal intern at a Fortune 100 financial services company focusing on real estate finance and the Connecticut Department of Banking focusing on consumer finance and banking and securities regulation. While in school Adam developed experience and gave back to the community by representing indigent clients in their dealings with the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services and the Internal Revenue Service.
