Experience Adam is a Shareholder with the Firm and a civil trial attorney who concentrates his practice on medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, health law and other types of personal injury defense and complex litigation. He has extensive experience in representing hospitals, physicians, and nurses throughout the state of Florida in matters involving professional liability, risk management, general liability and premise liability. Adam handles a significant amount of first party and third party claims on behalf of insurance company clients throughout the state. He routinely litigates coverage disputes and claims for breach of contract and declaratory relief. He has represented all types of clients in a wide variety of other litigation matters. Background Adam is originally from Orange Park, Florida where he graduated from St. Johns Country Day School. He obtained his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Florida and his law degree from Florida State University. Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Adam was employed as an Assistant State Attorney and had the opportunity to gain significant trial experience in that capacity. Since leaving public service, Adam has devoted his practice to civil litigation with a primary focus on medical malpractice, property claims, product liability defense, and health law. Adam and his wife, Kara, have three children and live in downtown Orlando.
