The intention is to ensure we have a dedicated and specialized team of lawyers focusing on the company secretarial concern of our clients.
The company is responsible for ensuring that its clients are statutorily compliant with company secretarial issues. It follows up on the filing of all relevant notices/returns with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission. It also ensures that all Directors' and members' meetings are held when due and keeps records of all such meetings. The company also maintains all other statutory records required to be kept by Nigerian companies for its clients. Any new developments in its area of specialization are promptly communicated to clients with a view to assisting them in complying with relevant requirements.
