Attorney Adrian Philip Thomas is the managing partner of a seven-attorney boutique law firm concentrating its practice in probate, estate, and trust litigation. The firm represents clients who are both prosecuting and defending estate litigation, will contests, probate litigation, undue influence, guardianship disputes or lack of mental capacity lawsuits. With a Master of Laws in Estate Planning from the University of Miami in Florida, Mr. Thomas, as a trust, estate and probate lawyer, has the requisite experience and knowledge to represent individuals, heirs, beneficiaries and family members adversely affected by either an honest mistake, misunderstanding or outright fraud or dishonest behavior.

Our law firm is located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida on Las Olas Boulevard, which is one block from the Broward County Courthouse where probate and trust disputes in Broward County are litigated. While a considerable percentage of our cases are in the Tri-County area (Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach), we have cases across the state and our firm represents clients from all over the world.
