The firm provides a full range of legal services from counseling to litigation. Our primary fields of practice are contract law, mergers and acquisitions, tax law, bankruptcy law, competition law, intellectual property and real estate law, insurance law, and corporate law. We provide services to our clients in the Estonian, English, Russian, German, Finnish, and French languages.

Many of our attorneys have acquired a degree in recognized European universities and have been trainees in law firms abroad. In our employees, we value erudition and constant self-improvement. We have participated in the drafting of numerous legal acts of Estonia. The senior partner of the firm Paul Varul is a member of the International working group drafting the European Civil Law.

Legal problems of business clients become more and more international. Due to that, we have been focusing on the creation of efficient cooperation relations with our colleagues abroad. We have long-term mutual cooperation relations with a number of law offices in the Baltics and Scandinavia, also Russia. To provide assistance to our clients in distant regions, we have become members of two international associations of law firms: International Business Law Consortium (www.iblc.com) and Euro-American Lawyers Group (www.ealg.com). Through these organizations, we are able to offer fast and reliable access to legal services in a number of important commercial and financial centers over the world.
