Aggeliki Delimaris is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Securities Practice Group.
Aggeliki represents public and private clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions and ongoing compliance with federal securities laws.
Representative Matters:
· Represented the owners of a leading provider of gear-drive systems for the industrial and military marine sectors in the $200 million sale of that business;
· Represents a publicly traded beverage manufacturer with respect to federal securities law compliance;
· Represents a publicly traded lifestyle merchandising retailer with respect to ongoing SEC reporting obligations; and
· Represented PE fund in an add-on acquisition for an existing platform business.
In General. Aggeliki earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden in 2010, where she was the associate research and writing editor and associate new developments editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion. She received her bachelor's degree, cum laude, in 2007 from Rutgers University. Prior to joining the firm, Aggeliki served as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge John J. Hughes of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
