The law firm was established in 1974 by Darrel W. Aherin. In 1975, Stephen C. Rice became a partner and in 1984, Anthony C. Anegon became a member of the firm. In 2008, Stephen C. Rice retired and became Of Counsel and Sarah A. McDowell joined the firm as an Associate.
