    Biography

    Aimee's practice concentrates on business immigration, including temporary working status and permanent residence for professionals, international transfers, investors, researchers, artists and athletes. In securing appropriate status for foreign national employees, Aimee works with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Labor and Department of State. She also provides assistance with global immigration issues for multinational companies and advises companies on general immigration policies, planning and I-9 compliance. Clients include companies in the biotechnology, science, engineering and technology industries, as well as colleges and universities, companies in the hospitality industry, retail establishments and professional sports teams.
