Akarsh Belagodu focuses his practice on patent litigation, preparation and prosecution involving a variety of technologies including computer architecture, microelectronics, satellite communications, integrated circuits, semiconductors, software applications and mechanical devices. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Belagodu was an associate at an Atlanta IP boutique firm where he gained significant patent prosecution experience. During law school, Mr. Belagodu received a certificate in Intellectual Property and was a member of the trial advocacy team.
Prior to law school, Mr. Belagodu was a Product Development Engineer at Intel Corporation.
