· Secured $50.3 million jury verdict for real estate developer on counterclaim arising out of partner's repudiation of joint venture to own and redevelop Hollywood Palladium and three other prominent properties in Hollywood, California.
· Defended antitrust, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) and unfair trade practices cases.
· Represented financial institutions, including asset recovery cases and defense of claims for lender liability.
· Defended against federal and state regulatory agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
· Secured jury verdict of more than $1 million against client's competitor in corporate sabotage case.
· Defended food processing company for allegedly causing severe mold infestation at food preparation facility.
· Defended contractor in environmental case alleging illegal dumping.
