Alan has been engaged in trial practice for almost 50 years. His extensive experience includes defense of product failure cases and a variety of antitrust, corporate, personal injury, securities and tax litigation in various state and federal courts throughout the United States.
He has tried cases in many states and has argued on the appellate level before numerous Courts of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Missouri, state appellate courts in other jurisdictions, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fifth, Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
