Alan G. Holloway's practice primarily involves tax and estate planning and the representation of taxpayers in federal tax appeals and litigation matters. Alan is a contributing author to CPA Focus, a publication of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to entering law school, he worked at a public accounting firm. He has been a certified public accountant since 1992. Alan serves as a director and volunteer for Positive Tomorrows, a school for homeless children, and the Center for Children and Families, an organization that serves children and families by preventing and treating child abuse and neglect.
