Served as Special Counsel to the Anna Maria and West Side Fire Districts, as well as to the resulting merged entity, West Manatee Fire and Rescue District. Served as City Attorney for the City of Palmetto from 1996 until 2004. Legal Counsel for Quaker Tropicana Gatorade (QTG)/PepsiCo, Inc. regarding Tropicana Products, Inc. facilities within Florida.
