Attorney Pickel did not provide good service for fees charged and did not provide experienced and competent representation. He failed to advise, conduct appropriate discovery, communicate and adequately prepare for trial. In my dealings with Attorney Pickel, the court documented his errors in the Memo of Decision and the Connecticut Arbitration Association stipulated that a portion of my fees be returned.
