Alan Harris has over thirty years experience in commercial and business litigation in state and federal courts and arbitral forums and significant experience as an arbitrator and mediator. Mr. Harris is a former partner and Texas litigation head in a major international law firm. He opened his own office in 2007. Mr. Harris represents mostly corporate clients in significant litigation matters in Texas and elsewhere. Mr. Harris also has five years experience as a mediator and regularly conducts mediations in significant business and commercial cases as well as other types of disputes. In addition, Mr. Harris has over thirteen years experience as an arbitrator. He has been a member of the Roster of Neutrals of the American Arbitration Association since 1997, including the Large Complex Case Panel and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution.
