The firm's expertise does not stop with Al's proven results and experience. Attorney Walter A. Haynes, IV focuses on catastrophic injury and death cases. Walter's experience as a California Highway Patrolman, an accident reconstructionist, and a licensed private investigator contribute to our client's success. While serving as a member of the California Highway Patrol, Walt trained as an accident reconstructionist, gaining experience that allowed him to qualify in state courts as an expert accident reconstruction. Walt has investigated over 3,000 motor vehicle accidents for both the Highway Patrol and allied agencies.
