Albert Hessberg, III

Mr. Hessberg’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation and elder law. He has practiced extensively with the Surrogate’s Courts of Upstate New York in matters involving estate administration, will contests, construction proceedings, estate and trust accountings and guardianships. His extensive knowledge of New York and federal estate and gift tax laws have assisted in the drafting of complex wills, living and testamentary trusts, supplemental needs trusts and related documents. Mr. Hessberg also practices commercial litigation and health law.
