Albertina (Abby) Webb is an attorney with the Family Law Team, predominantly at the firm's main office in Woodbridge, New Jersey and occasionally in the Eatontown, New Jersey office. Ms. Webb concentrates her practice on family law issues such as divorce, custody, support, dissolution of domestic partnerships, enforcement or modification of marital agreements, enforcement and/or modification of alimony and child support, emancipation applications, equitable distribution and post-judgment enforcement and modification. She handles matters from inception through trial. Ms. Webb litigates the validity of pre-nuptial and property settlement agreements, as well as engages in motion practice to set them aside or for enforcement.
Ms. Webb holds the appointment as Officer of the New Jersey Hispanic Bar Association for Monmouth and Ocean Counties. She is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law section, New York State Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association and Ocean County Bar Association. She participates in the Assignment Judge's Family Lawyers Committee for Middlesex County. She serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Middlesex County and Ocean County. She also participated on the committee that wrote the guidelines for the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel in Ocean County. She is the Co-Chair of the Haydn Proctor Inn of Court since 2011 and participated as a Barrister for the Haydn Proctor Inn of Court for the 2009-2012 session. She was appointed to the following New Jersey State Bar Association Committees for the 2009-2012 years: Appellate Practice Committee and Children's Rights Committee. She has been published in Divorce Magazine's Frequently Asked Questions feature. She continues as an active participant on the Ocean County Bar Association Committee for the Family Law Committee. Ms. Webb has served as volunteer mediator in Ocean County for the Special Civil Part where she has dedicated many hours for the past 6 years. Ms. Webb is a long time member of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), formerly American Trial Lawyers Association of New Jersey, Matrimonial Section. She is an active writer and editor for the Wilentzfamilylaw.com blog.
Ms. Webb is also licensed to practice in New York where she focuses her practice on family law issues, including divorce, custody, support and post-judgment enforcement. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Family Law section.
