Biography

Mr. Moreno is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Diego office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Moreno practices general business and commercial litigation. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in disputes in state and federal court, including class action disputes involving claims for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, bad faith, unjust enrichment, federal securities fraud, and other causes of action. Mr. Moreno has experience handling matters in a diverse array of industries, including, among others, the banking and finance, mortgage, technology and telecommunications, energy and extraction, and pharmaceutical industries. He has also acted as lead associate in derivative representative action lawsuits and class actions relating to mergers and acquisitions.
