As a judge in the former Commercial Court of Macedonia I accepted with reserve the rumors about Aleksandar Pulejkov as an excellent intern practitioner. After Aleksandar Pulejkov started working in the Commercial Court of Macedonia, he was one of the best professional associates. Mainly in the seriousness, the regular attendance, the responsible approach, but especially in the ability for interpretation and application of legal regulations in solving specific cases. "...for the occasion of remembering Aleksandar Pulejkov," who I know for more than 20 years.

I followed his development as Court intern and Expert Associate and especially as a son of a acquaintance of mine, judge, president of the Civil Law department and for few years before his death a President of The Supreme Court of Republic of Macedonia, whom on occasions I was Deputy. Mentors of Aleksandar Judges of the Supreme Court of Republic of Macedonia, repeatedly pointed him out as a good example for a colleague-Expert Associate, who while working on the decisions for the civil cases constantly pushed for masterful consistent creative application of the legal regulations from the civil law sector. At times I followed his development as an Attorney at law and as Judicial Officer. From statements by citizens and from my contacts with him, I am convinced that in practice he is excellent connoisseur and applier of the civil law in all domains. Working for a long time as a president of the criminal department in the Supreme Court, I remember his contribution as an Attorney in this area of the law, when with submission of a criminal motion challenged already accepted attitude in the criminal courts in all judicial instances, that was not only adopted, but transformed into principle attitude of the criminal law department and afterward of the General session of The Supreme Court of Republic of Macedonia, which became mandatory for all judges and departments of The Supreme Court.
