Alex has practiced labour, employment and human rights law at Farris since his call to the bar in 2006. Alex acts for private and public sector employers with respect to grievance arbitration, collective agreement administration, Labour Relations Board matters, Employment Standards matters, privacy matters and human rights complaints.
Alex also provides advice to clients on a wide range of employment law issues including, employment contracts, restrictive covenants such as non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, severance matters, workplace policies, sickness and disability, and employment issues arising from corporate transactions. He has acted in connection with wrongful dismissal lawsuits on behalf of both employees and employers.
Alex is a member of the Vancouver and Canadian Bar Associations.
