Alexander Kramer is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and is a member of the firm's Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Government Enforcement, Compliance & White Collar Defense Practices.
Mr. Kramer's practice includes litigation matters with a focus on representing clients in investigations and enforcement actions by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory bodies.
Mr. Kramer also represents and counsels clients with international business matters. He focuses on counseling clients and conducting internal investigations regarding compliance with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other federal criminal laws.
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Kramer was a research assistant at the UC Davis School of Law. He also worked as a legal intern for a San Diego Public Defender.
Mr. Kramer graduated from the University of California Davis School of Law (J.D., 2008). He was a member and articles editor of the UC Davis Law Review and editor of the Environs Law Journal. He received his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California Irvine (B.A., cum laude, 2005). He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and was a member of the National Political Science Honor Society.
Mr. Kramer is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia.
