Experience includes active participation in the privatization process of Bulgarian Telecommunications Company, Bulgartabak Holding (tobacco processing and cigarettes manufacturing company) and Devin (one of the biggest mineral water and soft drinks bottling companies). Has been providing legal consulting to MSF Portugal with regards to the concession of Trakia highway, a concession amounting to EUR 720 million. Has also provided legal consulting on the share purchase agreement related to the sale and purchase of shares in the Bulgarian joint stock company Business Media Group AD.
