Alex is a securities lawyer practising in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on the mining industry. He has acted as counsel to both public and private issuers and investment banks in a variety of transactions involving corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general regulatory compliance, including corporate governance, continuous disclosure and stock exchange related matters.
Alex is also actively involved in the firm's Associates Charity Committee.
