    Biography

    Alex is an associate in the Litigation Department, with a particular emphasis in the area of labor and employment law. She represents and counsels employers in all aspects of employment law before federal courts and administrative agencies. She also counsels clients on compliance matters, drafting and interpreting non-competition agreements, and handling employee termination and retaliation issues.

    · Represents clients in employment discrimination and retaliation matters at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and in federal court.

    · Researched and drafted arbitration agreements as part of a nation-wide dispute resolution program.

    Before Edwards Wildman

    While in law school, Alex served as the Executive Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review and received both the Trustee Academic Scholarship as well as the Academic Leadership Scholarship. She gained experience working as a law clerk at two local civil litigation firms in addition to participating in the Firm's summer program.

    Prior to joining the Firm, Alex served as a law clerk to the Honorable Maureen McKenna Goldberg, Senior Associate Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
