Alexandra Miller Khorover is an Associate in the Firm's Health Care Practice Group. Ms. Khorover's health care practice experience includes representing a diverse group of health care providers, including but not limited to, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and other ambulatory care facilities, home care agencies, adult day care facilities, physician groups and various other health care facilities and businesses.
Ms. Khorover has experience in a variety of health care transactions, including hospital mergers and acquisitions, professional service arrangements, joint ventures, and management and administrative services arrangements. Part of Ms. Khorover's practice includes providing both non-profit and for-profit companies guidance with respect to regulatory and compliance issues, including Anti-Kickback Law, Stark, state kickback and self-referrals prohibitions, HIPAA and privacy issues, reimbursement, accreditation and licensure. Ms. Khorover also has experience in health care litigation.
