Alfred Shikany is a member of the Litigation Department and Insurance Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Alfred worked at the Franklin County Municipal Court in Columbus, Ohio. Earlier in his career, Alfred worked with FCC regulators and USAID Washington to promote the growth of information and communication technology in developing countries.
