Alfredo P. Sastre

Alfredo Sastre practices as legal advisor in labor and social security matters for domestic and foreign companies, both in day-to-day ordinary activities as well as in conflicts with individuals or the unions. In such capacity he has been involved in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, agreements executed before the unions or at the Labor Ministry.

He is also specialized in aviation law, providing legal advice to airlines as regards regulatory matters of their activities, in their relationship with the control authority and in their contractual relations with sales agents and customers.
