Alice provides critical advice on the executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of multibillion-dollar mergers and acquisitions. Her clients rely on her counsel for a wide range of matters, including nonqualified deferred compensation, equity and equity-based compensation, executive employment and severance agreements and qualified retirement planning and compliance. For more than 20 years, Alice has represented clients across the country and from various industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, retirement plan products and real estate investments.
