Alicia N. Ritchie represents manufacturers, retailers, and other corporate clients in a variety of litigation matters. Alicia is a trial, appellate, and regulatory lawyer who has experience in products liability and mass tort litigation matters involving multiple parties, multiple claims, and the allocation of liability among related corporate entities, including claims arising from occupational exposures and other allegedly hazardous substances. Alicia also handles insurance coverage disputes, commercial disputes, and premises liability cases locally and nationally. Alicia also routinely represents clients in regulatory matters before the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Prior to joining Miles & Stockbridge, Alicia served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert M. Bell, Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. While studying at the University of Baltimore School of Law, Alicia served as a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Skills Writing Program. In addition, Alicia was a Litigation Fellow for the Snyder Center for Litigation.
